Hands Only CPR Class

District 7 Fire Rescue invites you to a free Hands-Only CPR class designed to empower you with the skills to take action during a cardiac emergency. In this class, you’ll learn how new research has changed the way we approach bystander CPR — focusing on fast, effective chest compressions without the need for mouth-to-mouth.

Our instructors will walk you through the proper technique for delivering high-quality compressions, how to recognize when CPR is needed, and what other steps you should take until emergency services arrive. This is a fast-paced, engaging course meant to prepare everyday people to make a difference when seconds count.
