President Ms. Lela Talley, a 12 year resident of the District lives off of FM 1560. She currently serves in the President position. Concerned over fire protection service in the area, she became quite active in ESSO. She assisted in the campaigning of Emergency Services District 7 and it became only logical that she continue in her quest to seek improvement in fire protection in our area. While learning the intricacies of equipping a fire department, she readily ensures that a paper trail is kept on all agendas, minutes and state requirements of file management policies. | |

Vice President Mr. Bill Davidson is Vice-President of your District 7 Fire & Rescue Board. He is an engineer with the City of San Antonio Fire Department. Our resident firefighter expert on the Board, Mr. Davidson lives in the Highway 211 area of the District. He has helped guide, along with members of the Planning Committee, your Board on the many needs of equipping our fire station as well as working with our ISO Consultant, to help lower our homeowner insurance costs. Mr. Davidson managed the Operations side of your fire department until a Fire Chief was hired. | |

Treasurer Resident of District #7 for 16 years. She is a retired Real Estate Broker. She has been involved with the Emergency Services District since its inception. She is married to Warren Osburn, a Baptist Hospital Chaplin. | |

Asst. Treasurer Gary Schott, a rancher, is a lifelong resident of the Helotes area. He lives near the Highway 211 area. Mr. Schott has been actively involved in the 4H Club organization for many years. Like the other Board Members, Mr. Schott was also very concerned about fire protection in your area. As a result of that concern, Mr. Schott now serves as Assistant Treasurer of your Fire Department Board. | |

Lonnie Stockton has been a resident in Bexar County for the majority of his life and since 2000 has lived off Hwy 211 near Government Canyon. He retired from the Northside Independent School District Maintenance Dept in 2006 with 27 years of service. His primary duties were Computer Systems Manager. He volunteered for this position with the Emergency Services District 7 as a result of his concern for Fire and Rescue protection in the area. | |
